Q - How do I edit my listing?
A - In order to edit your listing, you should have registered to List Property. Registering gives you several advantages, as you can edit and promote your listings in various ways. 

If you HAVE already registered, and cannot find out how to edit your listing... Please make sure you are logged in (do you see a box that says 'hello 'your name'?) Once logged in, you will see a link that says 'my listings' on the left side menu. Click this link to reveal your listing(s).

Q - How do I add photos to my listing?
A - Photos are a snap! Here is a picture to show you what to do.

Q - How Can I Feature My Listing?

A - WHEN YOU ARE A REGISTERED MEMBER - You can feature your listings
by clicking on the featured listings link on the left side, or click here.
You will have a few options for different lengths of featuring. Choose the one that is best for you.

Landlord

1) Might want to do a credit check on your tenants 
2) Might want to meet a possible tenant where they currently live 
3) Might want to do increases in the rent as allowed 
4) Might want to check references really well 
5) Might want to go with your gut feeling on the possible tenants 

Tenant

1) Might want to ask certain questions 
2) Might want to know if its on a bus route, close to schools, close to downtown 
3) May want to find out what the neighbours are like as well as the neighbourhood 
4) Is there parking for 2 cars, is there an added cost for an additional car?
5) Are you allowed to sub lease or have roommates? 

Seller

1) Paying a stager to stage your home may be something to consider 
2) Painting your interior neutral colours may be something to consider 
3) If your roof is older putting on a new roof could increase the value 
4) Landscaping might be a good fit for you 
5) If you were a buyer and walked in and out around your house what would you pay for your house? something to keep in mind when pricing. 

Buyer

1) getting pre approved is something that can really help a buyer know what price range to look in 
2) Do you have a financial cushion in case a furnace goes, etc  
3) Do you plan on living in the home for a few years? 
4) Will you want the up keep with owning a home 
5) Ask the bank how can i pay off my mortgage faster
