Private and quiet. We sit high on a hill with a gentle slope down to our shoreline that offers up a commanding view of the ocean. We can only see one other house from where we are. One side is an empty 5 acre lot. The deep drilled well is superb, we can drain and refill the hot tub in a couple of hours with crystal clear water. The water is so good we bottle it for friends and family. So private we skinny dip in the hot tub in the day, no one can possibly see you.
